I've added a screenshot here of my current character rig, but I'm not confident the joints are positioned as best as they can be.įor example, with the Biped rig there are two wrist controllers for each hand a wrist tip and a wrist hand. I've followed many tutorials on this which have been great, but none of them really explain the pricinples of where the joints should go on a character.
However, I've come up against some issues during rigging and animation that I'd love some feedback on if possible. So far everything is fairly straight forward and intuitive, I love how C4D character tools makes it so easy to quickly rig a character in a few clicks. I've been playing around with modelling and rigging my first ever character in C4D using the character rigging tools.
